They just updated their prosessing dates. Currently the processing date moves to Dec. 15th, 2003. I cannot imagine they could finished reading the application materials of 11 months(from Jan. 2003 to Dec. 2003) in two weeks. Anyway, I submitted my application in Nov. 2003. Hopefully I have good luck this time.
