This makes me sleepless...
My hu*****and's GC will be ok any time b4 end of this year and I'm supposed to submit I-485 the soonest. However,I'm not sure if I need to prepare non-criminal certificates before the submission. Besides, I lost my 1st passport and I'm afraid I won't get the police record in time from the Philippines, where I was sent by a HK company 1995-96. Can China's police record covers HK b4 1997 ? Our lawyer remains silent on this question... What else can I do at this stage ?
