The IGA is a possible waive way for us, but the problem is his current boss almost use grant money out and still have not get new money, I am afraid that we will get trouble on this. I want to transfer to J1, but don't know it whether I can or not according the law. About new waive for new J1, I have to contact Chinese Embassy before I start.
