请教一个关于H1B transfer的问题

情况是这样的：

现在收到一个offer,但是想在确认H1b成功transfer之后再辞职。

如果收到receipt，是否表明transfer已经批准了呢？但是目前的公司要求起码提前2个星期给notice.如果等收到receipt之后再辞职，是不是就太晚了？也就是说如果receipt代表transfer成功，那么transfer之后，我就不能继续在原公司工作2星期了，对吧？
