qestions on I-156

my hu*****and and I are going to land in CA next month, while we are filling I-156 to get back to the US, there are a few qestions I don't know how to answer, such as: I am on H-4, and LG is on H-1. The DS-156 asks if (1) I have any family member in the US (but LG is applying the visa with me if I answer YES, then I am lieing, if I say NO then I have no excuse to apply an H-4), (2) who is travelling with me(should I say LG?). BTW, I am assuming I do not need to submit DS-157 as he do, is there anyone can help me about it?Thank you so much in advance.
