Where to turn in I-94 at the

airport when leaving US? Should I give it to the person at the security pass, or should I give it to the employee at the boarding gate? Or should I wait until boarding and give it to the flight attendents?

I'll go home for two and half months and return later so I do not want to get into any trouble. Pls help! Thanks!!!!!!!!!
