TN won't conflict with LC (Labor Certificate), I-140(Employment Based Green Card), I-130(Family Based Green Card), CP(Consular Processing of Immigrant Visa), but do conflict with I-485(Adjust of Status). This means once I-485 filed, you cannot renew TN anymore.

In your case, you have couple choices:

Best One:
Before your parents file any petition for you, go and get TN to work in U.S. Then after 60 days, your parents file I-130+I-485+AP+EAD for you. 90 days later, you will receive AP+EAD, now you'll be able to work on EAD instead of TN. Normally 1.5 year later, you will receive GC.

Second way:
Get H1-B to work in U.S. There is no confict with your immigration petition.

Third way:
Renew TN every year before get GC, have your parents file I-130, and then you apply CP in Montreal.

The first way is preferred, fast and safe. Remember when you apply TN at the border, don't voluntarily tell anything not asked, especially your parents are USC. That may complicate your application.
