Name Typo on all receipts!! Please advice!

name typos for all receipts. Lawyer proved original documents are all correct. Tried to call USCIS, and they corrected for I-485 right away. Then suggested to ask employer to refile I-140. and then redownload both AP and EAD card....

Later lawyer said USCIS already sent I-485 to process and if we need to correct names, it would be pulled back and cause delay..?

For I-140, we need to provide original certificate again (which i don't understand, should be in the file already)?

So confused...since USCIS already corrected name on I485 why they need to pull back our file?

what we should do? follow lawyer's advice to proceed with name changes or just call USCIS again?
