I have got "Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident." on Sep/11 and not GC yet. I did not get any other email except see LUD on Sep/12 again.

Look like "mailed welcoming the new permanent resident." is the last email from USCIS in the GC process.

Lyon 兄 is an expert. He/She got the sequence:
"７、07年9月11日下午近5点（东部时间），收到USCIS一串关于case status information for receipt # SRCxx-xxx-xxxxx等编号的邮件，说是card production ordered，这才有了全家人的“Patric’s day”。
８、07年9月12日，全家人的online status变更为Notice mailed welcoming the new permanent resident。至此，整个过程基本完成。尽管是自己做的，但在整个申请和等待过程中，没有接受任何关于补材料的要求，本人的online status也没有任何变动，副申请人的online status也只在打指纹后有变动！家人也多次出境，用AP或H4签证返美，没有遇到任何麻烦。"
