UPDATE: Mailing Address When Filing EAD I-765 Form Alone

USCIS updates several forms with new fee schedule effective on 7/30/07. The current form for I-765 is Form I-765 (Rev. 07/30/07) Y.

In the instruction (Page 9 of 12, Bottom of Right Column) , USCIS instructs all Form I-765 alone go to
1) Chicago (Family based I-485)
2) NSC, or TSC (EB I-485) - refer to 注释 [3]

The newer form should supersede previous direct filing update on I-765 Form.
