上次入境的visa + 白色小卡片I-94 + 转化身份的I-797A +

797下面attached 与白色小卡片相同号码的I-94。

有以上各项items，你就可以使用30天policy返回美国。

理论上讲，使用30天policy返回，不被视作出入境。
