There are always many reasons to disqualify these applicants such as: no required degree, degree not in the required field, no required work experience (if applicable). If some applicants meet the minimum requirement, then they may not want to relocate, may ask for higher salary, can't perform the job duties, alreay took employment with other companis, did not call back after numerious contacts.........:)
