485 USCIS update 疑问，请教小白兔

今天USCIS网站Update 我的485，但是依然显示 Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.

请问：
1。以前也是pending，没什么变化，他们没事吃多了更新来更新去的？
2。我不知道name check 和 背景调查 是否完成了，如果完成了他们是否会更新到网站上说，name check clear?
3.我第二次打指纹是5月16号，现在他们的网站也没显示收到，以前我的案子在VERMONT中心的时候打完指纹10天他们就显示收到了。现在TX中心怎么回事啊？
