请教:我的140刚送出,现在递485,会不会影响国内老婆的来美签证?

我现在是第二个H1B,6月初刚刚送出了I140,现在大家都说应该赶快递I485,可是我的老婆在中国,还没有签证,如果我现在递I485,会不会影响老婆来美的签证.如果谁能指教,十分感谢.
