a couple of questions about I-485

I got my I-140 approved last year April under NIW, and I filed all my I-485 this year June 29th.

But after I read your paper online "手把手帮着填 485 和 325A", I find out that I made a mistake in I-485 part 3: I select [No] to the following item:

1. Have you ever before applied for permanent resident status in the U.S.?

Another mistake is in G325A, I did not sign my name in my native alphabet below, I left that empty:

If your native alphabet is in other than Roman letters, write your name in your native alphabet below:

Would you please let me know what should I do for this two mistakes?
