加拿大公民如果递了485 就不能用 Visa Waiver 了

如果你有有效的H 或 L 身份，加拿大公民可以在边境落地签证。 否则的话，否则的话，你律师是对的，要申请 AP。Visa Waiver 只能用于短期旅游访问，按理也不能有移民倾向。
