my renew case was filed out on 05/24, the same center, and i did not get the receipt notice either.
Based on the FAQ found on USCIS website, you or your layer had better contact CIS office to check your case if you do not get receipt notice in 30 days after you filed out your case.
on 06/25 my layer help me confirmed that my case was received by CA Officer. I also asked my company account manager to see the check status - didn't cash out. Because this year is special, i decided to wait for two more weeks. Two days ago, I checked the check status again - uscis CASHED the application fee. I hope I will get my receipt notice and/or approve notice soon.
