关于H1-B三年免税期间申请绿卡

前几天我问过但没人回答，看到另一个朋友也在问同样的问题。我现在是NIW 140 pending,准备递４８５。问了律师助手，说应马上停止免税。又问了学校的payroll,说140批准后就得停止免税。觉得后一种说法较为合情合理。那位朋友绿卡已批，我觉得应该是停止免税。
