H4 status 回国签证情况

i'm holding H4 status now, and I came to US 2 years ago holding F1 visa, then get married one year ago, after graduation I changed to H4 status. I want to Go back Beijing this summer,it's easy to get H4 visa in BJ? and who knows some information about to apply H4 visa in Canada? and what kind of document I should provide? and need H1 company?
