question about finger prints

I filed I140 and I485 together in Sept. 2003, now I received a notice to do finger prints, does it mean I140 approved (I haven't received approval notice, but I already received EAD card and Advance Parole)? What is the next step? interview? Does everybody need interview? Thanks for your help!
