急问法居士:H1 xfer

Can I have two H1 transfer applications at the same time? Both are full time? I am working for Company A which is applying it for me with regular process (they won't do premium.). Until it's approved, can CompanyB apply H1 for me? I.e. Can I change job during H1 transfer?

Even if I may ask B to hold the application until the first approval, would INS dislike me because I apply transfer too often?
