Yes, you should do the interview as directed. I do not think they will give you a hard time. They will definitely need your finger prints and you will have to do it after the interview. Bad thing about this is it will delay you getting the green card, but you really do not have a choice. You have to have their notice to do the finger prints. Good luck to you.
