NOT 符合245(i)

1996 immigration law amendment set 245i to sunset in 1998, and in early 2001, Congress extended 245i for a few months to cover (including retroactively, or "grandfathering") all those who needed it from 1998 to April 30, 2001. One requirement is that you need to be present in USA in 2000年12月, which you didn't.
Also, eligible for 245i still does not give you a legal presence before you file AOS, it only gave you a waiver-free pass (costs you $1000) to file AOS without leaving USA.
