I 824?

My exhu*****and applied my green card for me. He hold my card for almost one year, I had to applied a new replacement.
We have a daughter in China. She is with my parents. My ex asked divorce and he didn't want my daughter's custody.
Since he argued with my mother, he threatedn me I gave my daughter's green card to him, if not he hold my daughter's green card.
I went to Baltimore immigration office, a lady said I cannot check my daughter' s green card status. Since I got my green card for two years so I cannot applied my daughter's green card with I 824( I dont' know I 824 until three months ago.)
I struggled life after my ex abondoned me and my daughter. He always threatened me if I don't listen to him, he is going to cancell my green card. Now he use my daughter's green card to make trouble.
I hope experts here can help me to get my daughter here as soon as possible. I got a nice job and home now, I want bring her here.My parents are over 80.
My ex only want my daughter's custody, but he said he is too busy, so my daughter will live me. He is crazy, he signed my name without my knowing many times. How can I get my daughter'green card and get rid of my ex's controlling?
