It is very logical. However, the application form clearly state you will be clearance issued within last three months. Which is the right answer? logical thinking or golden rule in interpretation? I think the words in application form will be the correct one.

I have similar problem. The problem I face is I do not have relatives in China and I do not have any connection with my previous employer in China. I left China 14 years ago and resided in many countries. I know the last resort is flying back to China and sit in front door of Notary Public. The problem is it is just too much trouble for me.

Any one has any alternative? Thanks in advance.
