补H1B 的身份，递交了140和485，去第3国签证可行吗？

请问法居士、我见等各位大侠,递交了140和485，去第3国签

会不会因为我已经递交了140和485再去第3国签证时而被说有移民穷向？被拒签呢？
在递交了140和485前我已经去过2次第3国签证，都很容易办。只是次行不同的是我递交了140，485。
你们的看法？
