Could anyone tell me why the processign time for California RIR LC moves back each month? Once it processed to Nov. 2002, then last month to Aug. 2002, now it moves back to May 2002. Why ???
I am desperrately waitting for the federal level LC processing . Mine was filed to the regional office on March 2003 and the decision time becomes so unpredictable because of the weirld backward processing
and it effects our life in many ways. Could anyone tell me when my case will be judged ? I just want a decision result, no matter it is positive or negative.
Why it is so difficult? We are contributing to this country but have very little rights to control our lives.
