I posted such message before. One friend here replied that a new visa stamp from China is valid for 3 month/2 entries.

Generally the H1B working permit is valid for 3 yrs and can be renewed for another 3 yrs.

Everytime you re-enter US, I belive a valid visa stamp is needed.
