I do not believe your grades will have impacts on your application. Just make sure the nature of the job you will be holding MATCH your academic background. Also make sure the job require the applicant to have at least a bachalor degree. I suggest you ask a lawyer to help you prepare the petition paperwork just to be on the safe side. A good lawyer should get the paperwork ready and you take it to your employer for signatures. Good luck.
