1. got company checks today, but the title is written as "US INS Eastern Service Center", not "Immigration and Naturalization Service". do I need to change it? I guess my boss write this title because the I-129 form will be sent to that place, but the I129's instruction specifies the title should be "Immigration Naturalization Service" and I907's instruction even says we can not use "INS".
2.In I129's instruction, it says "submit petition in duplicate if you check a or b in question 4 of part 2". Since I am changing from f1 to h1, so I need to check b. does the "submit in duplicate" means I hand in the original I129 and one copy of it?
