tax problem

I am a F1 student. I filled my tax forms every year, but I did not know my son (F2) should file 8843 even he is less than 6 years old. He came here in 2001 with my hu*****and, a J1 holder. My hu*****and did not file any form (like 1040NR-EZ or 8843),which I find out today he should file those forms although he has federal tax examption. He changed to H1 in october, 2003. He is preparing for green card application now. How could we make up all the tax files?
