I called them and this time I got shirley's voice, she is really a nice madam.

I was told, it is issued, which means printed and passed the quality assurance(, see, they have QA department too), and normally which means my case was out to the outbox, but i do not know if it can go out by Fedex today or not.

from approval to this step, if there is no holiday, i believe it will take at least 3 working days, if there is holiday, u know, like what i suffered. So, i can not do anything, just hope lucky on monday.

did u change your ticket time? what time are you leaving? which airline do u fly with?
