请问
父母签证时用的亲子关系公证是需要中英文的都办还是只需要办中文的?
填好I-134表后需要拿去公证吗?一般去哪里公证?如果去银行开据财产证明时能否让银行工作人员作I-134的公证? 另外，I-134表最后有这么一段:
Subscribed and sworn to (affirmed) before me this _____ day of ______, _______
at __________________. My commission expires on _____________
是什么意思?怎么填?
