Last time when I called them on the 24th, they looked up their computer and said my case had not been processed yet.
Today I had to wait for like 50 minutes before I could speak to a woman.
First of all the she ask me on exactly which date did I sent my passport. I told her 24th, Sep. The lady told me they are processing cases that were sent out on early September. And she refused to look up my record in computer, just asked me to call back after two weeks.
So I didn’t get any valuable information.

Did you check your Fedex tracking number and see if it’s been sent out?
Did you talk to anybody recently?
