Sorry, I don't quite understand your question. Are you referring to the prevailing salary ? If yes, then I am not sure if I can offer any answers. From your descriotion, sounds like your job is sales related. This is the field I'm not familair with. I don't want to mislead you, so you don't waste any time.

But if you just need some opinions for reference, I think I ca do that. To me, H1B is for skilled workers. And sales related jobs seem not fit into this category. However, there should be something else you might be able to use like L or E class, just guessing. So, at this moment, I do believe you'd better talk to a lawyer to help you. The worst case is, if you find out your job cannot help you in getting green card then you need to do something.
