The question is rising now becasue his supervisor does not have enough grant to support his H1B visa right now and will/may have soon. so he mighbe change his visa a few month later. in this case, he has to apply for F1 entry visa, right? does any other strategy come out useful or workable? or what material should he prepared in advance to confirm VO he has got a job and will have H1B visa soon? we are highly appreciated for your kindness.
