Please go to the following web site, input all the information, then you'll be able to see the avaliable dates in each consulate. You can pick the time you want. There is no slots for Dec. though. Better make appointment on line for Jan or after asap. Starting from Jan. 1, 2004, there will be up to three working days database check. Please arrange your travel accordingly. Good luck.
