想请问一下关于申请H1B的问题，能帮我解答一下吗？非常感谢！！！

我现在在英国做Postdoc，拿到一个美国大学Postdoc的Offer, 正准备办理H1B Petition（加急）。但在填写H1B Application Form的时候遇到一个问题：

If the applicant is outside the U.S. or a requested extension or change of status cannot be granted, give the U.S. consulate or port of entry you want to notify if this petition is approved (Please circle one):

看样子我只能选择一个城市的US consulate 作为我的Petition通过后通知的Consulate。我是希望通知伦敦的领馆然后在伦敦签，但是因为我的英国签证四月底就到期了，我可能到时要回国。请问假如我在这个选项选择伦敦的话，到时候如果赶不上在英国签的话，能回中国签吗？中国的美国领馆会接受吗？有哪位知道的请指点一二, 非常感谢!！！
