from bank officer in I134 form.
I sent back my 6 months original bankstatement,and it has monthly balance and detail deposit-withdraw records to show I have enough money for my parents stay.
for guarantee,if you only have one page of bank statement,maybe it need bank officer's signature.
personally I don't think 134 form really helps..but who knows what will lead to the VO's decisions..
