Please help!
Dear all:
My case has been at DOS for near 8 months. This January I sent all documents upon their request and then in April supplied an extension form. August sent a "status inquiry". So far nothing happened. When checking the online status, can see all documents including the status inquiry. In this case What can I do? If send something to DOS What address should be used?
