question for F-1 continue?

My OPT has expired in Nov. 3, 2003. I plan to continue my other degree and maintain my F-1 status. I can do this by admission into a school (send new I-20) within 60 days after my OPT and enroll in classes within 5 months after the completion of OPT.

Now, I meet a question, one company probably sponsor my H1 in the early of next year. I have two choices:
1. enroll in classes in January 2004(I need to pay tuition)
2. plan to enroll in classes in March 2004. (it will save money if company sponsor my H1, and I do not need go back to school)

My question is: if I choose #2, is it any effect for my application for H1 visa? as I have sent new I-20 within 60 days, but do not enroll in classes and just change my status.
