Anyone can help?: parents hold a 1 year multiple entry b-2 visa

came in US in 8/2005 and will leave in 2/06, is there any problem if they will come US again in 3/2006 and can they get another 6 months stay? their visa will expire on 06/2006. Both parents can't speak english, any problem in US custom?
