-LCA - 1 day electronc filing, it needs company HR's signature, it takes 2-3 days including the fedex
-I129 - suppose 2 days prep at the law firm, 1 day prep from HR, and 2 day fedex back and forth between the law firm and company , plus 15 days INS.
total 3-4 weeks to get I797 excluding ur prep time, if INS does not require additional info.
