I have same situation like you, but I file LC 2 years ago, I talk with a best lowyer in DC, he said you can file GC by youself and marriage both at sametime, but do not file two I-485 at sametime, otherwise you will put yourself in trouble.
the lowyer is suggestion is
1. file your LC from your company if you company pay it
2. after LC approved, just file I-140 only , do not file I-140 and I-485 at sametime.
3. after I-140 is approved, if you marriage GC is approved, so you can forget your I-140, if you are marriage GC have some problem or denied, then you can think about file I-485 by yourself.
4. just rememeber do not file two I-485 at same time.
