但是我看到前边的帖子说万一I94被加拿大海关收走，
进入美国境内还需要重新签证
Yes, if you don't have an I-94, you have to get a new visa. But immigration canada (not 加拿大海关) should not ask you give them your I-94. (you don't have to give to them. Even you should not show them your I-94).
