It is very easy before (about 4 M). but not any more. it will take more time. First you have to have enough income in Canada. Then apply a sponsorship. If they apply in Canada. your parents must stay in Canada for at least 1 year. Actually it is difficult or impossible because it is kind of hard to get their visa extended for more than one year since last year. What this means is that most of parents have to apply in their home country. But this will take more time.
