Help on Canada Immigration

I applied the Canadian Immigration in late November 2001 to Buffalo. I only received one letter afterwards that gave the File No. Then nothing happens till now. I checked the website, the status is still Processing. No denial or approval.

Anyone guess what happened? Should I reapply?
