Go to local RCMP station, pay CDN $50 for a fingerprint. The form is provided by the local RCMP. After you fill the form with all your information, declare the purpose of the fingerprint is for Canadian Imigration and provide your file #. Your fingerprints will be taken and the form will be sent to RCMP Ottawa by your local RCMP or by yourself. The police clearance certificate will be issued and sent to Buffalo by RCMP. Ask your local RCMP for details.
It may take 5 months for RCMP Ottawa to issue the certificate.
