I know you don't belong to TSC but I still want to talk with you since I desperately want to know what I should do for my case.
My J1 wavier has been pending on TSC for the final approval for almost 6 months.The RD is May 29. The processing time on the receipt is 150-180 days. However it has been reduced to 90-120 days on Internet. At the same time, the processing date for I612 in TSC is Aug 25 according to the newest report by TSC.
I was wondering if anyone has the same problem. I asked here several times recently but no one replied. Hence I believe my case has something wrong. Do you know what could happen according to your experience. Is there any possibility for me to be denyed finally? Did you hear any bad news like this? I have submitted I140 and am waiting for the final approval for I485.
I am getting more and more distracted by this issue. Your any words are very appreciated.
