After 140 cleared but no 485 filed and change employer. I understand I have to restart labor certification but I can retain earlier PD.
In this case, is there 365 days rule for my new labor before H1B 6 year expiration?
I read somewhere that I'm free to renew my H1B since my earlier PD is 365 days before my H1B 6 year expiration.
